This web interactive tool displays phylogenomic profiles of Mimivirus protein sequences, considering the double strand DNA virus of more than 100 predicted genes. It provides a way to identify the proteins that have the most similar conservation profiles to a query protein.

Core genes profiles

The conservation score of a gene is the number of groups of virus in which a significant match is found. The groups are : Baculoviridae, Herpesviridae, Iridoviridae, Poxviridae, Asfarviridae, Phycodnaviridae, Caudovirales and others.
The 300 most conserved genes with this conservation score :
       1-100       101-200       201-300

The 400 most conserved genes, considering the overall number of genomes in which a significant match is found :
       1-100        101-200        201-300        301-400
