Protein Expression tracks are color-coded from white (no protein detected) to dark purple (highly expressed protein) in the time-course experiment of A. castellanii infection with Mollivirus. Transcriptome data is coded from white (no mRNA expression) to black (highly expressed). Transcriptome data is taken from the published RNA-seq datasets of A. castellanii in various growth conditions : Clarke M, et al. (2013) Genome of Acanthamoeba castellanii highlights extensive lateral gene transfer and early evolution of tyrosine kinase signaling. Genome Biol 14(2):R11.
